1. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by P.A.C.E. Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and licensee of WNZN Power 89.1 FM, 1505 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44052, (440) 399-3044 ("Sponsor" or "the Station"). The contest runs in the Power 89.1 mobile app, which is operated on the Futuri Media platform. Futuri Media is not a sponsor of the contest.

2. Contest Periods

The contest runs as four separate weekly contests. Each one has its own entry period and its own winner. All times are Eastern Time.

1. Week 1: Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. through Friday, October 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
2. Week 2: Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. through Friday, November 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
3. Week 3: Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. through Friday, November 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
4. Week 4: Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. through Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

Entries do not carry over from one week to the next. To be eligible in a later week, you must enter again during that week's entry period.

3. Who Can Enter

• Open to legal residents of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, board members and volunteers of the Sponsor, the event's promoters and venue, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and households are not eligible.
• Limit one prize per household for the whole four-week contest. Anyone who has won a prize from the Station within the last 30 days is not eligible.

4. How to Enter

Download the free Power 89.1 app, open the "Win Power Slam Tickets" contest for the current week, and tap Enter to Win. Complete the entry form with your name and a valid email address. Limit one entry per person per weekly contest. Duplicate entries, and entries made by automated means, will be disqualified.

Entrants may choose to receive emails from WNZN by checking the opt-in box. Opting in is optional and has no effect on your chances of winning.

Standard data or messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to downloading and using the app.

5. Prizes

One (1) winner will be selected in each weekly contest, for a total of four (4) winners. Each winner receives one pair (2) of tickets to Power Slam: WNZN 12th Anniversary, Mark Ballard Presents An Evening with the Canton Spirituals & Friends, on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Faith Ministries Christian Center, 1306 Euclid Avenue, Lorain, Ohio.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: $50.00 (two advance tickets at $25.00 each). Total ARV of all four prizes: $200.00.

Prizes include event admission only. Transportation, lodging, food, beverages and all other expenses are the winner's responsibility. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. If the event is cancelled or postponed, the Sponsor has no further obligation to the winner beyond honoring the tickets for any rescheduled date. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

6. How Winners Are Chosen and Notified

• After each weekly contest closes, one winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during that week, using the app's random selection tool.
• Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received that week.
• Winners will be notified by email and/or phone. Weeks 1 through 3: the winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. Week 4: the winner must respond by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 20, 2026.
• If a winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that week.
• Prize tickets will be held at will call under the winner's name, or made available for pickup at the WNZN studio, 1505 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, Ohio, during business hours. The winner must show a valid photo ID.

7. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use their first name, last initial and city on air, in the app, on social media and on the Station's website for contest-related promotion, without further compensation, where permitted by law.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes that may apply to their prize.

9. General Conditions

• By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of the app, the network, devices or email systems.
• The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or change the contest if fraud, technical problems or other factors beyond its control affect the contest's integrity. Any material change will be announced on air and posted on this page.
• By participating, entrants release the Sponsor, Apple Inc., Google LLC, Futuri Media and their respective officers, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage connected with the contest or the use of any prize.
• This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to run the contest and notify winners. If you opt in, your email address will also be used to send you news from WNZN. You can unsubscribe at any time. The Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

11. Winners List and Rules Copies

For the names of the winners (available after November 20, 2026) or a copy of these rules, visit the WNZN studio at 1505 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44052 during business hours, or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to that address marked "Power Slam Contest."
