These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of WNZN Power 89.1 FM and P.A.C.E. Foundation, collectively referred to as “WNZN,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By opting in to receive SMS or text messages from WNZN, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
WNZN may use text messaging to communicate with listeners, supporters, donors, community members, contest participants, event attendees, and others who voluntarily subscribe to our SMS communications.

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to WNZN’s SMS program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of WNZN at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, making a donation, entering into a business relationship with WNZN, or otherwise interacting with WNZN.
Message frequency may vary depending on station activities, events, contests, campaigns, breaking information, and your interaction with WNZN.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
WNZN does not charge a separate fee for participating in its SMS program unless specifically disclosed.
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a WNZN text message.
After submitting STOP, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your request. You should no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.
Other recognized opt out keywords may be honored where supported by our messaging provider.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide to WNZN and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
If you change, transfer, deactivate, or relinquish your mobile number, you should unsubscribe from WNZN SMS communications before doing so.
WNZN respects the privacy of its listeners and supporters.
Mobile information collected in connection with WNZN’s SMS program will be handled in accordance with WNZN’s applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.
WNZN will not sell or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt in information, or SMS consent information with third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes, except as necessary for service providers acting on WNZN’s behalf or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
SMS consent is specific to the communications for which consent was provided and will not be transferred to third parties for their independent marketing use.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside WNZN’s direct control.
WNZN and participating wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control.
Not all mobile devices, carriers, or service plans may support every SMS feature.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in WNZN’s SMS program where required by applicable law.
Individual contests, promotions, donations, or events may have separate eligibility requirements.
Participation in a WNZN contest, sweepstakes, giveaway, promotion, fundraising campaign, or event through SMS may be subject to additional official rules or terms.
Those additional rules will apply to that particular promotion in addition to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
WNZN may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, messaging practices, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Updated terms may be posted on WNZN.org with a revised effective date.
WNZN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any SMS program at any time, subject to applicable law.
